I am proud to be known as an Executive Leader and Coach with over 29 years experience in education, having worked in a number of schools in Northampton, Kent and London fringe. I am a highly effective relationships focused professional who is able to utilise my strengths to build strong teams, while focusing on individual qualities and talents. I possess a wealth of transferable skills and have applied these to supporting 100s individuals and organisations to improve their practice through coaching and consultancy since Waterman Coaching and Consultancy began in March 2021.
