With over 30 years in education,my skills and experience enable me to effectively support schools, Multi Academy Trusts and local Authorities to develop, grow and improve. Helping them to move forward to be the best they can be.
I have worked in senior leader and executive positions in schools in Northampton, Kent and London including Education Director for a Multi Academy Trust of 28 primary, secondary and special schools. I have been a Principal at one of the strongest non-selective secondary academies in Kent and the founding academy of the Multi Academy Trust in which I worked.
As a consultant I have experience of working as a School Improvement Adviser for a Local Authority and two Multi Academy Trusts. I have also been the Interim Headteacher for an all through Free School in East Sussex and Interim Executive Headteacher for a mixed secondary school in Kent.
I am a governor in a primary school and my strengths and areas of expertise are in leadership, coaching, strategic planning, developing high performing teams, curriculum design, teaching and learning and assessment.
